How much will it cost?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items purchased and the destination of the order placed. We use various shipping methods to provide an efficient and cost effective delivery service to all our customers. Each item has an individual product weight shown on the page displaying information about the sourced item. When each item is placed into the Shopping Basket a total calculated weight is advised along with the Shipping cost dependent on the preferred shipping method. This also takes into account packaging weights.

How will my items be delivered?

To enable us to provide an excellent service to our customers all items are tracked and require a signature at the time of delivery. Please be aware that if you are not available to receive the delivery this may be returned to your local depot for collection. If your package is not collected with 7-14 days then the shipment service provider may return the item to our office and further shipment will incur the relevant delivery costs. The value of any non-collected items will be refunded less the shipping costs.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes we do, please advise on the Shopping basket order form and we will email you the information to enable you to track your consignment.

Can I return items?

Yes if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us on the contact page before returning items. You may return unwanted items provided they are returned within 14 days in the same condition as they were received. The value of the order less shipping costs will be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded where the product received was not as described.
